The Duncan family packed the stands for Graham Duncan bobble head night at the stadium as the Admirals got ready to take on a young Father Dodgers squad for this Thursday 6:30PM game.

With Tuesday's interim coach Doug “The Pete Rose of Slo-Pitch” Short MIA for this game, the team went up to bat with chants of "Dunn is Done as Coach!" echoing from the Admirals dugout when the team saw Poutine batting eighth in the order after going 10 for 11 in the 2 spot in Tuesday night's double header.

With record Admirals family members in attendance (4 Duncans, 3 Goodwins & 1 Dunn), the Admirals again forgot about their new catchphrase “Start Strong. Finish Strong”, as they stumbled out of the gates, posting zeroes in the first 2 innings, while watching the Dodgers plate 4 runs to take a 4-0 after 2 innings of play.

The Admirals again looked like they were going to poop the bed in the 3rd, when the game's featured bobble head player came up with sacs juiced and one out, but shockingly only managed to bank $5 in team fines.

Thankfully, DC, channeling his inner bobble head greatness, orange-crushed a sac clearing triple that cut the deficit to 1.

Unfazed, the Dodgers responded nicely plating 2 more in their bottom half to make the score 6-3 going into the 4th.

Realizing they had their hands full with these father avoiding lads, the Admirals sticks finally got going, plating 7 runs punctuated by a clutch 3-run HR by the game's featured bobble head player, the first of his career with the Admirals.

Again unfazed, the pesky Dodgers responded, this time plating 4 to tie up the score at 10s.

The 5th started off with a customary Tim-single-turned-into-double, who moved to 3rd on a fly to right center, and later scored on a Poutine single. Again forgetting their new catchphase "Start Strong. Finish Strong", that's all the Admirals could score over the final 2 innings.

Luckily, that's all they needed as the Admirals D, highlighted by a rare triple play in the bottom of 5 thanks to some questionable base-running, managed to shut down the Dodgers offense from scoring further.

Make the final a nail biting 11-10 win for the Admirals!

In Graham's post-game conference, he said this when asked about his approach at the plate when he hit the home run: "Um, that time, (chuckling) I went up to the plate thinking what I'd do if one of those Father Dodgers approached MY daughter."
