chat_bubble Admirals Clinch #1 Seed for Playoffs
With the outcome of last night's games between I'd Hit That and the Diamondbacks, the Admirals have clinched the #1 seed of the Men's B Division with 4 games left to play.
With only the top two Division teams making the playoffs in this COVID shortened 2020 season, all other B Division teams are still in contention for the #2 seed, which will be determined by the following tie-breaking rules:

Village Inn and Diamondbacks, both with 4 games left to play, have the most control in determining their playoff fate, but if all these scenarios play out, I'd Hit That could still prevail in grabbing the coveted spot:
• Admirals win their 4 remaining games
• Village Inn and Diamondbacks split their remaining doubleheader
• Total run differential between Village Inn vs. Diamondbacks doubleheader is less than 10
Assuming there aren't many rain outs over the following 2 weeks of regular season play, games 1 & 2 of the Men's B Division Finals are expected to be played at 7:00PM and 8:30PM on Monday September 14th, with game 3, if necessary, expected to be played on Wednesday September 16th or Thursday September 17th (time TBD).

Correction: while the Admirals have clinched a playoff spot, because the #1 tie-breaking criteria is most wins (not win %), they need one more win to clinch the #1 seed.

Is clinching first place a champange type of thing?
I'm new to this.
